St Thomas have recently been invited into the Qualitas District Football League. This is a league where we compete against 4 other schools from the Eckington / Dronfield area, playing in weekly fixtures. At the half way point of the season, St Thomas currently sit in 2nd place with 7 points having beaten Eckington Juniors (4-3), Unstone Juniors (7-2) and drawing against ridgeway (1-1), the only loss of the season coming against top of the table Marsh Lane which we narrowly lost 3-2. The top two teams from this league will go through to the North East Derbyshire finals where there will compete against the winners and runners up of the Tupton football leagues.
